On the first clean, our maid service will thoroughly clean your residence, with special attention on your kitchen and bathrooms. On the second session, we’ll clean your entire residence, but this time we’ll provide detail-clean services in your sleeping and living areas. We’ll continue to maintain this detail-clean level throughout your home throughout our next visits by providing deep cleaning services on a rotating basis.

  • Ceiling to floor dust/clean of horizontal surfaces including ceiling fans, window sills, baseboards and everything in between (*books not removed from shelves)
  • General “neaten” of pillows, throw blankets, etc.
  • Beds made
  • Trash emptied
  • All floors vacuumed
  • Hard floor surfaces wet mopped and sanitized

Bathrooms

  • Ceiling to floor clean of horizontal surfaces
  • Mirrors
  • Objects on counters moved, cleaned, returned to the place
  • Toilets (in/out); Showers/tubs (in/out); sinks (in/out) *hard water removed to the best of our ability
  • Trash emptied
  • Floors vacuumed and hard floor surfaces wet mopped and sanitized

Kitchen

  • Outside of cabinetry cleaned
  • Items on countertops cleaned, moved, returned to the place
